Clients’ personal data is not shared with third parties or sold to external entities. Data may only be disclosed to:

  • collaborators of BLUELENS Adrianna Maksym providing marketing services or supporting project execution (under a data processing agreement),

  • IT service providers (hosting, email, newsletters),

  • entities supporting accounting, administration, or payment processing – to the extent necessary for service provision.

All entities processing the data act solely under the Administrator’s instructions and in compliance with GDPR regulations.


6. Data Retention Period

Personal data will be stored:

  • for the duration necessary to perform the contract and legal obligations (e.g., tax-related),

  • until consent is withdrawn – in the case of data processed on the basis of consent,

  • for a maximum of 5 years from the last contact – for archival and marketing purposes.

  • rectify the data,

  • delete the data (“right to be forgotten”),

  • restrict processing,

  • transfer the data,

  • object to data processing,

  • withdraw consent at any time (if processing is based on consent),

  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.


8. Transfer of Data Outside the European Economic Area (EEA)

In certain cases, data may be transferred to entities located outside the EEA (e.g., IT service providers). In such situations, BLUELENS ensures an adequate level of data protection in line with GDPR requirements, for example, by using standard contractual clauses.
